About the Principal

My name is Seiko Fujimoto, a registered Administrative Scrivener (Gyoseishoshi). After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Kobe University and completing the Graduate School of Law at Osaka City University (Juris Doctor / J.D.), I received the prestigious Chinese Government Scholarship to study as a state-sponsored international student at the School of Law, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where I earned my Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Chinese law.

Having lived in Shanghai for multiple years, I have experienced firsthand the significant challenges of relocating, establishing roots, and doing business in a foreign country. At the same time, I was fortunate to receive profound kindness and invaluable support from the local people on numerous occasions. The warmth and goodwill I experienced during those challenging times remain deeply embedded in my memory. This cross-border life experience is the absolute foundation of my career as an Administrative Scrivener—I am deeply driven to provide the strongest, most reassuring legal and lifestyle support to international clients who, just like my younger self, are starting a new journey and building their business in Japan.

In cross-border business expansion and international asset configuration (such as estate inheritance), the key to a successful procedure lies in a thorough understanding of the laws of both countries and compiling flawless documentation in accordance with strict legal logic. Whether it is a highly scrutinized and high-risk application for a “Business Manager” visa or a complex inheritance spanning international borders, these high-difficulty cases—which demand sharp legal thinking and meticulous precision—are exactly where my unique double-law-school background is most effectively utilized. We will completely dismantle the barriers of language and institutional differences, simplify complex processes, listen closely to your needs, and firmly protect your new ventures and precious assets in Japan.
